I gone through some much stress lately... but symptoms include: muscle spams wich occur very suddenly lasting only seconds, can happen at any time of day. Also about the same time I noticed some tiny tiny red irregular marks wich began on my both upper arms and spread sloww throughout my body, these have a (pin prick)pins and needles sensation, icthy only when the pin prick occurs. also pressure on my bladder and increase urination..

Hello
Muscle spasm and increase frequency of urination can be due to anxiety and stress.
For irregular red marks on your arms, go co bleeding time, clotting time and prothrombin time. also get platelets levels checked.
Visit your physician.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep meditation and yoga to stay calm.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
