Can Missing Period Be A Sure Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi, my Fiancee was supposed to get her periods between 12th and 18th of last month(may 2014) which she missed. This month(june 2014) again she has not gotten her periods yet and it is the 30th already. We have never had intercourse but my penis did touch her above the vagina once for about 2 minutes last month. Also, i split her hymen while fingering her vagina from above her clothes. I need to know if she is pregnant and if yes how to abort? Thank you.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Though you did not have proper sexual intercourse, deposition of pre-ejaculate on the surface of the vagina is sufficient to cause conception during the fertile or ovulatory period. Since she did not have her periods for the past two cycles, she should take either a home pregnancy test or go for the blood test. If negative, hormone imbalance is the likely cause and should be attended. If positive, you should see a specialist for an induced medical abortion. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
