Can Miscarriage Be A Result Of Hormonal Imbalance?

hi doctor I have irregular period. Last month i had a missed misscarraige. My gyno had advised for several test that is hormones thyroid and many more every thing is ok but why the missed misscarraige happened and what should i further do to have a healthy pregnancy.

Dear Ma'm, Sorry to hear about your loss. But as your doctor has rightly advised you, you must check your hormonal profile. TSH / FT4, LH, FSH, Estradiol, prolactin, 17 (OH)P, AMH. with all these tests you must see endocrinologist to get the right answer. Regards!
