As per your query you have acne on face which is very common in your age group because of hormonal changes and skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammation hyper-pigmentation. You compromised immunity is one of the contributing factor for this. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salycylic acid twice a day. You should apply cream containing azealic acid which is good for acne. Apply aloe vera gel at night. Drink plenty of water. You can use metrogyl for face as well after prescription. If condition doesn t get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks. You can go for laser therapy as well. Hope your concern has been resolved.
