Can Lack Of Sleep Cause Minor Pain On Forearm?
Hello. can lack of sleep cause minor pains on the left forearm? I ve been working overnight for the pass 4 days and barely getting any sleep. Maybe like 5-6 hours a day. Today i woke up with a pain in my left arm for about half a min. And it went away as soon as i extended my arm. Ive never felt pain like that before. Could it be from lack of sleep?

It could be that while you are asleep you have accidentally slept on it. Lack of sleep cannot cause forearm pain. If the pain recurs please see a physician for an examination. Try to take breaks in your shifts if you can to gain up on your lost sleep
