My daughter is 9, She has had constant UTI's since she was 3. Also around that time she started having accidents during the day and at night. Most of the time she had no idea she was wet. Now she doesn't have feeling when she has a UTI and we just found out that she doesn't have feeling to urinate till her bladder is DOUBLE the size of a full bladder. She doesn't completely empty as well. She has had every test done when this all started. My question is: Will she be able to get the ability to know when to go to the bathroom at a normal full bladder back. AND is this what could be causing the UTI's. Now she has Hydronephosis according to the newest Ultrasound. :( Thanks!

* Inability to empty bladder definitely causes UTI as there are more chances of development of bacteria in stagnant urine .
* Answer to the other question for ability to know when to go to bathroom - this is related to neurogenic bladder , which require detailed case study for any comments .
