Can I Go For Hysterectomy If Suffering From Uterine Prolapse?

Hello, I m 59 y/o female, post menopausal, slightly overweight at 175 lbs. Experiencing uterine prolapse to the point I can feel cervix. Bladder also prolapsed I believe. Incontince problems and constipation at times. My mother experienced this as well. Main concern: Stong maternal side hx CA. Two of her sisters had CA liver and the other Hodgkins. My mother died of undiagnosed uterine CA with a bladder fistula from the CA. Only discovered when she had to go to hospital. She had terrible odor and bleeding. When she was cathed for a Foley that s when fistula discovered. Huge uterine mass. My prolapse is causing me to cramp with referred pain to anterior thighs. No bleeding. I just want a THBO get rid of all of it. I believe a uterus is also like the prostrate in that if you live long enough it will get cancerous. Your opinion please. Thank you
