No surgery will help you to get a fairer skin. You may use a sunblock cream 2-3 times daily to prevent further darkening and Deriva MS gel once daily at night to even out your complexion and texture. Use these life long.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
There are no surgeries to make anybody fair. But there are certain procedures which can help you do chemical peel ,microdermabrassion etc. These are simple OPD procedures with zero down time .They need to be taken 4-5 times at 2 wk intervals.Along with this always use a sunscreen three times a day all over the face. There are certain creams like tretinoin cream (0.025%)which can also help improve your complexion but then it needs to be taken under dermatologists supervision only.Creams like kojic acid can also be used for the same. So,meet a dermatologist who is doing these procedure and can help you with the creams.
take care,

be content with what GOD has given ;don't try surgical thing it may disfigure you if it went wrong. Finally people all over world respect your work & your good nature & behaviour which i don't think can be made beautiful (or in your case fair) by surgery.
