hey m madiha ...jz kame bk 4m ma doc..whos been doin ma follicle tracking...there z no dominant follicle even on 13th day...bt jz enlarged right ovary ...cant i concieve this month...cant i ovulate now? m 24 had 2 miscarriages..last 06months bk...

are your menses regular??wat is your menstrual cycle is it 28days ya 30 days??
its nt important that everybody get ovulate on 13,14 days it differ in every women.
did you go for ultrsound of pelvis??if not than once go for ultrasound test done to rule out ovarian cyst.

To conceive you should have a dominant follicle and it should rupture releasing the egg but presently you should continue the follicular study as there can be delayed follicle enlargement and rupture also.If there is no proper formation or rupture of follicle in this cycle then you may not conceive.In such a case you will need to consult your Gynaecologist for further treatment.
