Can Hysterectomy Cause High BP Levels?

Had complete hysterectomy 1.5 years ago . Draggy , dry, not felt like myself, no meds except synthroid, tried comp est , pro and test. Felt better slept great. Then bp starting being high. Pharm said could be estrogen. Can I use program. Without estr and test?
