Can Heavy Cramp And Hot Flush With Late Periods Be Symptom Of Menopause?
Dear doctor, I am 46 year old, healthy and exercise lifestyle. This month I have miss my period with, today and yesterday I have feel a heavy cramp. Also during this month I havefeel like hotflush but not serious. I am wondering what this can be menopause or pregnant or..... My last period. 28 aug

-If i would be your treating doctor I would advise you to do urine pregnency test.
If it is negative than you should not worry.
-Irregular periods,tiredness,feeling hot & chills,changing mood etc are menopausal symptoms.
-take ashwagandha arista 3tsp with 3tsp water twice a ay after food.
This medicine is not given without prescription so consult with local doctor.
