Can Having Chronic Tonsillitis And Swelling Of Tonsils Lead To Dizziness?

I have chronic tonsillitis and i have been scheduled to have them removed. They have been pretty swollen every since i had mono about a year and a half ago. i feel like i have never gotten over the mono symptoms completely. i feel hazy and kind of dizzy sometimes. can this be related to my tonsils being swollen?

Hello

It is unlikely that the dizziness is related to your tonsillitis and i would like you to meet a neurologist if the dizziness is affecting your quality of life and hampering your ability to carry out daily works!
Thanks
