Can Fullness In Breast Along With Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?
Hello , Today is my Day 13 of Embryo transfer , There has no bleeding or spotting so far I do get some cramps but not much , My breast is more fuller now but generally no other symptoms can i be pregnant , I am due to test on Wednesday morning 03/08/2011
During pregnancy, due to increase in the progesterone hormonal levels, there is fullness in the breast. Also there is some muscle weakness causing cramp like discomforts. However, these symptoms are not THE diagnostic features of pregnancy. In fact in first trimester, the classical four symptoms : missed period, nausea and vomiting, frequency of urination and breast engorgement with tenderness, nipple discolouration and secretions : though highly suggestive of pregnancy have to be supported by clinical examination signs showing enlarged soft uterus and some investigations like urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography. Urine test and ultrasonography usually show the reliable results about 8-10 days after the missed period.
