Can Eye Exercise Help To Get Rid Off Spectacles?
hello sir, m female of 25 years of age, my right eye is twitching from 14 days..I went to eye specialist for eye check-up where he told me to wear specs after eye test. My right eye power is 0.75 and left is 0.50. Can i get rid off specs or I will have to wear them for whole life. Can eye exercise help me tog get rid off specs. I have to wok before pc for 8-9hrs. Pleae help.
