Can Drug Interaction Cause Anxiety In A Menopausal Woman?

I have recently entered menapause and have anxiety issues. I was prescribed lexapro 40 mg, busphar 5 mg 3 times a day and 1 zanax of .25 in the morning. I have started to see flashing lights in one eye ever since starting the busphar 2 weeks ago. Could i be having a drug interaction?

welcome to hcm,
buspar (buspirone hydrochloride) is a drug used for anxiety. because of the serious side effect of this you are getting these symptoms like flashing of light dizziness and blurred vision if you experience such side effect with this drug immediately have a discussion with your treating physician he will change the drug. it is not due to drug interactions but because of major side effect of this drug causes these symptoms. stop this drug. hope this explains
