Can Constant Scraping Of The Bumps On The Scalp Cause Hair Fall?

I have got some bumps on my scalp.They have increased in number ( at present 10 basically in middle part of scalp ) , as I have been feeling them & removing them especially after I have washed my hair.Sometimes ,the skin I remove as a result of my constant scraping of my scalp is wet & sometimes it is dry skin.

My daughter told me the other day that my scalp has got bald at some places because of my constant scarping of removing of skin from scalp.They are not painful or itchy .Only when I have scraped too much ,I get pain & that too only in that point of scalp wherein I have scraped too hard when a little blood comes out.

I apply oil when I have to take hair bath .I apply henna once a month.

I may lose all my hair if I continue my scraping.Please help.

If it is fungal infection and this cause the bump like structure, then the hair fall is likely, I would advise you to get it confirm with the doctor right now suggesting any treatment is not possible because the age and gender are missing here which are the most important, have nice day.
