Hello
It seems from the history that your son got injured and on examination it was revealed that he has optic nerve damage. It is very unfortunate as it may lead to loss of vision.
Optic nerve is the only cranial nerve which cannot regenerates once damaged. Hence if a person looses vision because of damage to the optic nerve the vision cannot be brought back and reversed.

Thank you
