hello doctor ! i am shallu 26yearsold. my height is 156cm and my weight is 70kg and i am 38 weeks pregnant. i want to know how ayurved can help me in reducing labour pain? and one more thing during these days i am having pain in my vaginal area so i am taking paracetamol tablets is that safe for my baby and me? please answer .thanks
