Can Ayurveda Help In Reducing Labor Pain?

hello doctor ! i am shallu 26yearsold. my height is 156cm and my weight is 70kg and i am 38 weeks pregnant. i want to know how ayurved can help me in reducing labour pain? and one more thing during these days i am having pain in my vaginal area so i am taking paracetamol tablets is that safe for my baby and me? please answer .thanks

1. please keep one thing in mind, your baby is completely dependent on you for everything, so your diet must include foods that supply what your baby needs for physical health and mental development.
2. yoga exercises that are useful for strengthening muscles used in labor and delivery are:
. Tailor Sitting, tailor press, tailor stretch.
. Kegel Exercises
3. Breathing Techniques: Abdominal breathing, Rest, relaxation] help reduce muscle tension, fatigue and build up your energy.
4. Paracetamol is safe drug during pregnancy, continue with it.
