Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?

hi doctor, i am faiza wahab 28 years old and have first pregnancy. now i am in 22 week of my pregnancy and diagnose for marginal placenta previa. doctor suggested me bed rest but i can not do it because of my job. the altrasound report is saying that placenta is extends up to the margin of internal os but does not cover it. small chorioamniotic separation is observed in the anterior lower utrine segment. i will attached my reports by tomorow.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As according to your ultrasound report, placenta is low lying and also as there is little bit of separation of chorionic plate, better to take bed rest as advised by your doctor.
As this type of condition can lead to bleeding sometimes, rest is advisable.
Migration of placenta is possible sometimes.
So, be in bed rest for one to two weeks.
Then repeat the ultrasound after two weeks.
If placenta migrated upwards and subchorionic collection regressed, you can go for your routine work.
But strenuous work, journeys, intercourse etc should be avoided to prevent bleeding.
