As according to your ultrasound report, placenta is low lying and also as there is little bit of separation of chorionic plate, better to take bed rest as advised by your doctor. As this type of condition can lead to bleeding sometimes, rest is advisable. Migration of placenta is possible sometimes. So, be in bed rest for one to two weeks. Then repeat the ultrasound after two weeks. If placenta migrated upwards and subchorionic collection regressed, you can go for your routine work. But strenuous work, journeys, intercourse etc should be avoided to prevent bleeding. Take care.
