L5-s1 in addition to desiccation , loss of disc height and mild diffuse disc bulging and there is a right paracentral disc extrusion with mild cranial extension resultin in impingement and posterior displacement of the right s1 nerve root,encroachment upon the right exiting L5 nerve root, and mild central stenios on the right.

The MRI report is suggestive of pinched nerve that is nerve no. L 5 and S1on right side is getting compressed. Having said that the final diagnosis require clinical examination of patient also, which is more important. Hope this information helps you.
