Do your test called indirect Coomb's test which will help you in identifying whether you are having recurrent pregnancy losses due to your negative blood group if the test comes positive.
Even if it comes positive than taking anti D will not help you so whenever you conceive you will have to do your ICT titres and than procedure called amniocentesis for knowing fetal affection. And intra uterine blood transfusion if required.
However if ICT is negative than you will need to do your other test like ANA ,ds DNA, APLA which are indicators of auto immune diseases.
