Can A Tattoo Cause Seizure?

hello I was at a tattoo show a wile ago and one of the artist had a form for me to fill out and a part of it said do you have the following conditions where it said do you have epilepsy and medicaition? can a tattoo cause a sezurie sorry for the miss spelled words, thanks
