Can Visine Be Used To Treat Eye Infection?

Hi, I was wondering, i've had pink eye seen's sunday night now, I was wondering I have Optimyxin, for the Viral infection, but when I put it in my eye, it makes it really red, I was wondering if putting Visine would be okay, or it can make the infection worst.

pink eyes is generally bacterial. for that antibiotic like ofloxacin.3%should be applied. antiviral drop or vi sine will not be effective. neosporine eye ointment can be applied at bedtime. clean the discharge with sterile swab.
