Can Jack3d Cause Stomach Pain?
Hi, I am taking a pre-workout supplement called Jack3d. Now yesterday i took it before working out and felt great, after that i even went to swimming practice and felt like i could go forever, but today i also took it. Same amount of scoops and everything, and about 20 minutes into my workout i got piercing stomach pains and it feels internal. Is it from Jack3d?

Thank you for posting. You have not furnished adequate details so as to when did you take the supplement. As in how many minutes before the swimming. You should never exercise on a full stomach. at least 3 hours gap should be there. be it a supplement or any food. The content of the supplement what you are taking is purely herbal. So chances of it causing such upsets are minimal. If symptoms persist please contact your nearest doctor.
