Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion susten is a progesterone hormone supplement. It is given to decrease spotting in pregnancy during early weeks which occurs due to progesterone insufficiency. It is also used to decrease uterine irritability and decrease the risk of preterm labour. So depending on the requirement susten is given upto 34 weeks of pregnancy. It doesn't harm so dont worry.Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
