Hello dear,
I understand your concern.

In my opinion the duphaston tablet and dupigest are nothing but progesterone hormone preparations.

Progesterone hormone is very important hormone in the maintainence of pregnancy.

Even if there is no bleeding if there is suspicion of any progesterone insufficiency the hormones might be supplemented.

So discuss regarding that with your doctor.

Nothing to worry as the medications are not associated with any harmful effects to the fetus.

Avoid physical stress and take healthy nutritional diet and take good rest.

Avoid intercourse during the first trimester upto 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Nothing to worry as such.

Hope this helps.
Best regards....Dr.Srilatha
