Can I Have Zincovit Tablet At 5th Week Of Pregnancy?

hi, I am in 5th week. Is that good to have now Zincovit tablet at this early Pregnancy ?. Please advice as I am very afraid, as I have done DNC in early (first) pregnancy. I took this tablet and at the 2 day it happen.. So please advice is good to have this tablet? or the Folic acid tablet is enough.. I am currently taking MCBM 69 folic acid tablet..

THESE CAN BE USED IN EARLY PREGNANCY..
BUT TAKE FOLIC ACID REGULARLY ALSO..
AVOID SEX AND HEAVY WORK ...ALSO USE PROGESTERONE SUPPORT...
