Is Zincovit Safe During Pregnancy?

My name is Mrinal Singh. I am pregnant and my pregnancy is going on 3rd month. I have a little quiry to you, actually I want to know that is it safe to take zincovit tablet in pregnancy or any other side effect to use. I am little bit confuse. Please guide me. In my opinion, it's not safe to take the drug in pregnancy as it is considered category c medicine in pregnancy. It has zinc and potassium, which is not very safe to take in pregnancy withholding in it will be better.
