Can I Contract HIV Infection Through Anal Sex?

My name is John and I recently went to a bathhouse. I am now concern that I might have contracted HIV. I was lured into a room with a African Male and was trapped for about 20 mins with him. I had my ass rimmed for about half a minute as I was trying to resist him from licking there. He is a bisexual man. I am not used to that at all. For itching you are taking lamasil tablet and there was abrasions on your thighs ( both ) also on the scrotum . You are also having anal fissure . He inserted his penis into your anus ( just tip according to you ) but it hurts .

HIV infection is predominantly a sexual transmitted disease world wide .The most common MODE of infection world wide . is CLEARLY HETEROSEXUAL transmission.
HIV has been demonstrated in the seminal fluid both within infected mononuclear cells and in the cell free state.
There is a strong association of transmission of HIV with receptive anal intercourse , probably because only a thin, fragile rectal mucous membrane separates the deposited semen from potentially susceptible cells in and beneath the mucosa and trauma may be associated with ANAL INTERCOURSE ( and in your case due to large penis , according to you there might be some trauma and injury ).
In your case I recommend you please get in rapid p24 nucleic acid amplification test ( after 2 weeks of initial infection ) .
Also get in standard ELISA test after 3 months period.
