Findings the clivus is markedly hypoplastic associated with superior displacement of the anterior arch of C1 and the dens with effacement of the pre-pontine cistern. The rest of the basal cisterns are otherwise unremarkable. There is no intra-axial or extra-axial mass lesion. No intracranial hemorrhage or abnormal extra-axial fluid collection. The ventricular system is intact. There is no focus of abnormal signal intensity or restricted diffusion or contrast enhancement enhancement within the brain. Incidentally noted tortuous cavernous and paraclinoid and supraclinoid portions of bilateral, ICAs which otherwise demonstrate normal flow. The dural venous sinuses and cerebral venous system intact. Bilateral ocular globes and optic nerves and chiasm and tracts and extraocular muscles and lacrimal glands and orbital fissures and cavernous sinuses are unremarkable. HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really can understand your concern, your MRI is absolutely normal, the words which you are reading in your MRI reports are all the name of internal structures of brain which some times gives the impression like a name of some kind of disease but this is not the case for you this would be enough to know that the report is normal its alright, have nice day.
