Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Ginko biloba is a herbal supplement and it doesn’t holds any clinical evidence for its efficacy. However in clinical practice it has showed some results. It takes quite long time to cure vitiligo. You can take it along with thyroid medicines as they won’t interact with each other.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
