Can Emset Be Taken For Severe Morning Sickness During Pregnancy?

hello doctor
I am 7 weeks pregnant and i suffer from nausea and vomiting whole day. but its really severe in the morning. My doctor prescribed me pregnidoxine one in the morning, one in afternoon and two tablets in night. But it didn't help me. then she suggested me to take emset 4 mg one in the morning and one at night. It helps but i want to know, is it safe in pregnancy

As u r having nauseating feeling ,it is because of increase serum hcg due to pregnancy. U are taking pregnidoxine,but u have to take 1)pregnidoxine NU ( doxylamine plus pyridoxine 10mg bd ) 1 in morning and one in night .
2)tab stematil md 1bd 1 morning 1 evening.
3) tab folvite (folic acid) 1od
These drugs effectively block the nausea if still u r feeling nausea dn u can take
Tab emset sos.
U dont need to take this compulsory morning and evening dose,u can take it only when u r still feeling nausea after taking these medicine.
