Bumpy Yellowish Dots In The Vagina After Unprotected Sex. STD?

I recently had sex with a guy, and during intercourse, I didn t realize I was bleeding . Needless to say, we were rough, and I was intoxicated. When we finished was when we saw I had been bleeding. Since, I ve had slight discomfort, and it feels bumpy around my entrance, and there has been tiny yellow dots. Is this normal for tearing or are these signs of an infection?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that due to rough sex there might be some injury or bruises in vaginal and outer part leading to some infection giving rise to this problem.
Chance of having STD is there.
Consult gynaec and get examined.
With antibiotic medicine and local antibiotic cream will cure your problem.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Ok and bye.
