Hello, thanks for posting your question. Seeing as you are a virgin and in your teens - I really don`t think this is anything to worry about. Sometimes we see the inside of the vulva lips / labia covered with small little bumps with white/yellow tops. These are often just normal pictures of the skin in this area. If you pop them - you will see a yellowy mass come out - but this isn`t puss it`s just a bit of mucous. Sometimes these may be socalled Fordyce spots - which are enlarged sebaceous glands. Nothing to worry about unless the area becomes irritable or the spots spread - then xou should go and see a dermatologist. But I think you`ve just noticed some normal skin apearance. kind regards, JR
