Bumps In Between Of Vagina And Butt

Hi iv got these bumps around the hole between my butt an vagina an also now notice a long patch at the top of my vagina on the lips just one side it started as just one but now there is a few more there white don t ich an only hurt if I rub them hard is scaring me iv had scabies also an was wondering if that may b what it is these bumps are long in places an on other places like under the skin but kinda look like skin tags iv pulled some off nuthin but blood comes out

Small multiple rashes around vagina can be scabies or vulvovaginitis or folliculitis or impetigo. It could be due to some sexually transmitted infections. Such rashes are best diagnosed only after a direct examination.
