Bruise On Eyelid, Knee, Forehead. Nose Bleeds, Sore Throat. What Could It Be?

Hi there, I am a 32 year old woman, and I have woken up with a small bruise on my eyelid and I am not sure what has cause it? I also have a big bruise on my knee which I noticed the other day (and I dont remember hitting it on anything), and one on my forehead that I noticed the other day (and I also dont know how I got it). I have had a little bit of blood from my nose lately (which can be normal for me as I have always had nose bleeds ), and I also have woken up with a sore throat this morning. Thank you for your time.

Hi, I suggest you to get complete blood picture testing done and also about bleeding and clotting nature of your blood. Do you ever fall out of bed at nights? Have you ever suffered from epilepsy? There are the areas to be looked into.
Best of luck!
