Bowel Movements After Sleeping On Back, Riding Bike. Help

Hi I'm 32 yrs male.whenever I'm sleeping on my back immediately after some time I'm getting stools. This is because of the pressure on the bone at the start of my ass crack. Even after sitting for sometime on my base I'm getting the same problem. And also after riding my bike for sometime.whenever I sit, sleep on my back or ride my bike I'm feeling inconvenience with that bone. Everytime I had to go for shit.my feeling is day by day this problem is becoming severe. Because of this I'm not able to sleep facing the roof for long time.I should have to sleep sideways only. Please advise in this regard

Hi
Thanks for using Health Care Magic Forum,

Hi You are likely to suffer from Fecal incontinence may be due to inflammation around anal region or spinal cord injury or as result of urinary tract infection
Inflammatory bowel disease likely to cause fecal incontinence therefore increase dietary fiber; reduce wholegrain cereals/bread; reduce fruit and vegetables which contain natural laxative compounds ; limit beans, pulses, cabbage and sprouts; reduce spices (especially chilli); reduce artificial sweeteners (e.g. sugar free chewing gum); reduce alcohol ; reduce lactose if there is some degree of lactase deficiency; and reduce caffeine. Caffeine lowers the resting tone of the anal canal and also causes diarrhea. Excessive doses of vitamin C, magnesium, phosphorus and/or calcium supplements may increase your problem.

I Hope I Provided Useful Information. Do ask Furthur Questions to help You get well soon.
