Multiple lacunar infarcts on MRI of brain are the areas in your brain which lack blood supply due to occlusion of small arteries which could be caused mainly by Diabetes, Hypertension, old age etc. I suggest you to please follow up with your Neurologist as soon as possible for further medical advice and treatment.
