Blood Tests Done. What Does Findings Suggest?
My BP is in higher side 150/100 , my blood test shows CREATININE (SERUM)- 1.4mg/dL, Cholesterol- 219 mg/dL, HDL cholesterol- 35 mg/dL, LDL Cholesterol- 148 mg/dl, VLDL cholesterol- 183 mg/dl.
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE-1.27 micro IU/Ml
Sonography report shows- KIDNEYS- Right kidney measures 8.2x 4.4 cm & Left Kidney measures 9.7x 6.2 cm. Right kidney is mildly echogenic. Left kidney normal in size, shape & shows normal corticomedullary differential. No hydronephrosis, hydroureter or calculus is seen.
Please guide us about mildly echogenic right kidney & is it harmful for my health & also I would like to know it relate to my BP.

Weight- 75 kg
Urine test: Calcium- 9.2 mg/dL,
Phosphorus- 4.3 mg/dL,
Uric acid- 9.6 mg/dL,
Potassium- 4.5 mEq/L
Sodium- 140 mEq/L
24 hours urinary protein- 110 mg/24 hrs

Blood pressure 150/10 mm of Hg. ( high)
Total cholesterol 219 mg/dL ( upper limit high),
V L D L 183 mg / dL ( if it is vldl very very high, if trigyceride than it is also high)
Right kidney shrinkage as serum creatinine level is also high as in you case it is 1.4 mg /dL ( few agree that that not more than 1 mg/dL, while others say 1.3 mg )
Uric acid level is very high in your case (9.6 mg)
In my opinion right kidney is in danger so consult nephrologist and get his opinion.
