Hi Welcome to HCM Coming to straight to widal test, the interpretating titer varies across the geographic area according to endemicity. Your antibody titre is suggestive of infection due to Salmonella Typhi. How ever enteric fever can be confirmed by retesting after 2 weeks and demonstrating a 4 fold increase in titer. There is no such clinical staging system exists for enteric fever. Fever can be managed with antipyretics regardless of the degree of severity.
Do follow the advice of your doctor regarding specific therapy.
All the best. Get well very soon.
