Hello,
The chances of pregnancy are very little as you had intercourse during the safe period. You seem to be having a urethral inflammation, be it trauma or infection. You need to have a complete work up to exclude renal problems; so please visit a nephrologist in consultation with your gynecologist for further management. You may take some antispasmodic for pain relief. Good luck.
