What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Unwanted 72?

Question: I want to know is there is any chance to get conceive after perios ,my friend was intimate with their husband last month but after physical relation she took unwanted 72& she got down within A WEEK & after that she did not get intimate & today is one month complete bt did get periods

Please confirm is there any possibility of conceiving

Your friend had sexual intercourse after that she took Unwanted 72.

She got down within a week, does it mean she got periods after one week? please confirm it.
She did not have intercourse after periods and she did not get periods this month, is this correct?
Does she have regular periods? Duration of her cycles?
On which day of her menstrual cycle she had intercourse? (1st day of bleeding is considered as 1st day of menstrual cycle)

If she got periods after taking unwanted 72 within a week and she did not have intercourse after that then there is no chance of pregnancy.
This delay in periods could be due to side effects of unwanted 72.

when her periods was finished, next day she had intercourse , and after intercourse she took unwanted 72 after taking unwanted 72 she got periods within a week

she took this medicine first time

her menstrual cycle is not stable

which type of side effects?

Hello Dear,

If she had intercourse next day of last day of period then there is no chance of pregnancy since it was not her ovulation period. if she had unprotected intercourse and if she did not take unwanted 72 then also there is no chance of pregnancy.

Side effects unwanted 72 (levonogesterol) like irregular periods, spotting, bleeding in mid cycle. these side effects due to large dose of hormones (Unwanted 72 contains large amount of hormones) .

Anyways she needs not to worry.

No need to take any medications. She can wait for periods. there is no chance of pregnancy.
