Hi Sekar, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Your Aunty is having Dysarthria which is a motor speech disorder which occurs after brain injury following stroke. You haven't mentioned if she is Diabetic or Hypertensive? Going by her health history i feel she has suffered a Brain Attack (Stroke) which a CT scan has confirmed according to your Neurologist. She may be on right medications, Kindly let me know which are they?
Good Luck and Wishing early recovery to your Aunt.
Take Care.
