General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
it seems that there might be some ulceration on the roof of the mouth causing this problem.
This might be due to spicy food or some hot stuff taken.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Take vitamin B.complex and folic acid tablets for fewdays.
Ok and take care.

Pain Medicine & Palliative Care Specialist Dr. Kerry Pottinger's  Response
Hi,
You may have a problem with the clotting of your blood as this is a slightly unusual place to spontaneously develop a clot.
I suggest you have your blood checked. You may have a clotting defect.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger,
