Hallo,
When gas does not pass through belching or flatulence, it can build up in the stomach and intestine and lead to bloating. Bloating is often accompanied by abdominal pain. Passing gas or having a bowel movement may relieve the pain.
Ultimately, all hernias are caused by a combination of pressure and an opening or weakness of muscles.
Avoid gas-producing foods you eat.
Drink Asofetida powder with butter milk after each meal at least for 15 days.
