Suggest Remedy For Throat Irritation Due To Lower Esophagus Lax

I have been suffered from throat irritation since last 1.5 yerars.. doctor said it is because of lax lower esophagus(non reflux diesease) i have no GERD and have small hiatus hernia. Medication on PPI does not recover fully.. What is the permanant solution for this? I am worring about my throat become damaged by everyday...

Hello

You will have to change your diet pattern and continue your ppi for reducing the reflex. If however it is not working , then you may need a small surgery to increase the tone of the lower sphincter. Please dont worry, you will be fine.
