Blister And Numb Feeling In Toe After Toenail Surgery. Is This Infection?

I had ingrown toenail surgery yesterday where the doctor cut a sliver off of each side of both of my big toes, and today i have a pretty massive blister (?) On my left toe and a little bit of blistering around the place where he did the operation.. is that infection? Should i soak it or try to pop it? Its making my toe feel numb on the underside. Help?
