Bleeding After Sex And Lubrication. What Is The Reason?

Im 21 and having never been in a proper relationship before I don't have sex very often and when it does occur it is drunken. The previous 2 out of 3 times I've had sex I've experienced some bleeding afterwards. Nothing heavy but noticeable on sheets. The first time, the guy was fingering me quite roughly and there was little lubrication. The second time we had sex several times, doggy style quite roughly and again there was little lubrication. Could the bleeding have something to do with not having sex that often/ it being too rough?
Starting to worry its something more serious, otherwise my periods etc are completely normal.

Rough sexual intercourse or fingering may cause little bleeding due to blunt trauma. However, it heals automatically and no treatment is required generally. Maintain genital hygiene before and after sex. Good luck.
