Bitten By Mosquitoes. Spots In Red. Take To A Doctor?

My 11 year old son plays football. He has been getting bitten by mosqitoes at practice. Last night, after practice, we noticed two spots on his arms that are red, hard and holding heat; they each have a small red dot in the middle and are a little itchy. The affected area is approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter. I gave Benadryl last night and they look the same this morning. Should I take him to the doctor?

Hi,
You do not worry about the problem. its is the normal cascade of mosquito bites. the only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications. You can apply hydrocortisone cream along with benadryl.
