Hi

Rabies injections are a norm if bitten by a stray dog when the immunization status of the dog is not known.

The schedule for rabies is 0.3.7.14.30. may be 90 days in some cases.

I do not think so that there is any food interaction with injections so you can take any sort of food with out fearing the loss of efficacy of injections.

Secondly there is a chance of reduced immunity in case of heavy alcohol consumption ,so I will advise you to stay away from it till you complete your course.

Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the query to H. C. M. C.
Since you are under the course of anti-rabies injections so need not to worry for other things as these injections have not any interaction with any other substances whether eatables or drinking.
After course of 5 injections you have not to take any precautions.
One thing is to remember pl don't do hot fomentation at the site of injection if any pain, if pain then rub the ice. That's all.
